What do we offer as part of the service?
Analysis and advice on whether parental abduction or retention has occurred, as well as on the action to be taken in the case and the timing of the action. Conduct proceedings for the return of a child under the Hague Convention as well as (within the EU) the EU Regulations in all instances.
Conducting proceedings for declarations of enforceability and recognition/non-recognition of foreign court judgments (non-EU cases). Issuing legal opinions on cases under the Hague Convention and EU regulations on parental abductions/retentions, also for use in proceedings before foreign courts.
Co-operation with foreign law firms in cases under the Hague Conventions and EU Regulations, also with regard to the provision of documentation from Poland and opinions on Polish family law and procedural law.
