Representing clients in negotiations in property purchase and sale transactions.

Creation and amendment (also in cooperation with a notary) of reservation agreements, property development agreements, preliminary agreements, sale, exchange, donation of real estate.

Representation of clients before the ordinary courts of all instances in cases involving the execution, determination of the invalidity or improper performance of real estate contracts, as well as in cases involving defects in real estate (warranty).
