Dagmara Król

Dagmara Król was a legal counsel and Director at UBS in Krakow for more than 11 years. She has almost 20 years of experience in providing legal services to financial entities, banks (she also worked in BNP Paribas) and public administration bodies.

On a daily basis, she is responsible for the compliance of companies' policies with labor laws. She has experience in providing legal advice to entities with several thousand employees.

She has advised the largest foreign companies operating in Poland on the implementation of legal changes and strategies in the area of HR, individual and group dismissal procedures, company transfers, employee documentation, working time, HR operations, as well as internal disciplinary, anti-mobbing and anti-discrimination proceedings.

She directly supports boards and directors of companies, including international ones, in the decision-making process.

She completed her full-time studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. Subsequently, at the same university, she completed postgraduate studies in: Labor Law and Intellectual Property Law.
