Rafał Podbielski

Rafła Podbielski has more than 15 years of experience in providing legal services to businesses, in providing legal services to public administration bodies and in litigation, including commercial and real estate, administrative, tax and judicial-administrative proceedings.

On a daily basis, he provides services to public administration bodies and companies in the following industries: real estate development, construction, gaming and others.

He has experience both in commercial litigation, as well as in administrative and tax proceedings, in particular, concerning real estate tax proceedings.

He gained experience in reputable law firms of attorneys and legal counsels in Silesia. He completed full-time studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice. He studied at the Faculty of Law at Université Jean Monnet in Saint-Etienne, France, where he also served an internship at the Commercial Court.
