Julia Armata has more than 14 years of experience in providing legal services to businesses, in negotiating and drafting business and international contracts, and in litigation, including business and international cases.
On a daily basis, she provides services to companies from the following industries: property development, IT, e-commerce, construction, automotive and others, also with foreign capital, as well as foreign companies operating in Poland.
She has participated in some of the country's most notorious cases involving disputes over ownership rights to properties of significant value. She has experience in representing clients in the conclusion of agreements concerning companies and real estate of significant values. She has conducted cases on the division of assets, including both companies and real estate of significant values.
She gained experience, among others, with attorney Lidia Piwowarczyk and as a Senior Associate at Kubas Kos Gałkowski - Advocates. She completed full-time studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice with an overall grade of excellent, and also studied at the Faculty of Law at the Université Jean Monnet in Saint-Etienne, France, where she also did her internship at the Commercial Court.
